Assignment Task:
Johnson (2015) situated leaders as change agents. He also suggests, as change agent's leaders potentially have the ability to lead individuals or groups to do good work - AS WELL AS corrupt the behavior (and ethics) of followers.
To what degree are we dependent upon an assumption we are being led by a self-aware ethical leader?
To what degree do we put OUR OWN self-aware state on hold under the assumption we are being led by an ethical individual!?
How do we balance the two?
