Project Assignment
You are asked to choose a project (Fibre cities is part of Openreach's plan for major acceleration of its ultrafast fibre broadband network which involves rolling out Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) reaching 3 million premises across the UK by the end of 2020.), collect some initial data and information on this project and prepare a poster presentation: i.e. one eye-catching slide/visual/mind-map in any popular format (pdf, ppt, jpeg, png, etc). You do not have to find exhaustive information as the chosen project will have to be just recently proposed/defined/started, so you will be predicting what might happen to the project in future. The poster should include the preliminary analytical results of risk identification and categorisation (tables/diagrams) that can then be directly copied into your final report.
The following questions will be critical and should guide you through the process of developing content for the poster:
1) Why is the selected project interesting/unique?
2) What aspects of the project are worth attention?
3) How can you justify a specific mix of methods you have applied for risk identification?
4) How can the identified risks be categorised?
5) What tools are you planning to use for risk assessment and why?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
