Problem
Based on the documentary film Happy (available on Netflix or for rent from the film website), and in light of the course work for this quarter, please I need help answering the following questions:
I. Several different personal stories are shared in the film. (i) Which stories stand out to you? Why? (ii) Were there stories you were surprised to see in a movie about happiness? Why?
II. Ideas about what will make us happy are often conveyed in the media. What are some things or paths to happiness that television shows, magazines, newspaper headlines, and other mass media say will make you happy? How are they different or similar to what you learned in this film?
III. What aspects of happiness shown in the film do you see in your own life? If the filmmakers featured a story about you in the film, what would it focus on?
IV. In light of the films Babies and Bully, as well as our class discussions and presentations, what do you believe will make for happy children growing up in America in terms of HOME LIFE?
V. After watching the film The Mask You Live In, have your views on masculinity and femininity in American society hanged? If so, how? If not, explain. GENDER
VI. In light of the films Waiting for Superman and Bully, the TED Talks Occupy Kindergarten and How Schools Kill Creativity, as well as our class discussions and presentations, what do you believe will make for happy children growing up in America in terms of EDUCATION.
