Problem: I'm working on a final psychology assignment and not sure where to start to answer the question.

"Once a team completes a group project, what areas should the team focus on to negotiate a bonus for their hard work?"

Just need an idea on what relating to psychology will answer this. At this time all I can think of is a group session to put down on paper their goals, accomplishments, what was expected and what they truly achieved. Is there another focus I should consider?
