Problem:
While reciprocal dependency and information common are phenomenon that needs consideration for those who have access to the "information highway" of the Internet, "digital divide" describe the potential issue that there is a gap, created by the Internet, between the digital haves and have-nots. Those of us who have access to the Internet certainly enjoy greater convenience, service improvement, and possibly other enrichment in life such as the ability to pursue higher education and be more informed. However, not everyone in the world has the same access to the Internet as we do, hence the gap.
What are your views on this digital divide? Will it be closed off or become widen? Who, if anyone, should be worry about this issue?
