Problem
When thinking about the term "people of color" it seems pretty harmless. At second glance, the term is too inclusive to everyone. There is no distinction from one "person of color" to another. If that terms is true, persons of color could be Black or African American, Latino, Asian, Island Pacific etc... That has no real definition or clarity to those persons. Although I believe the term is "politically correct" it does little to identify and celebrate diversity and people's ethnicity and uniqueness. What are your thoughts on the term?
