Problem
In the past few years, the U.S. has experienced large-scale changes to "Total Rewards" in terms of compensation rates, employee preferences (i.e. compensation and benefits components), and overall philosophy/strategy. What are your thoughts on these changes? Do you feel that these will be more short-term or long-term in nature?
