i. What are your thoughts on casino promotions? Why do promotions draw customers to a casino? Which do you see being helpful to the casino and why? Which do you see not helpful to the casino and why? If you were in charge or promotions at a casino, what would you do to change things up or would you keep things the way they are?
ii. Direct mail used to be a huge way casinos communicated with their customers. Today, emails and other forms of e-marketing are used. What are the major objectives of advertising through direct contact with customers? How should a casino best communicate and promote itself to an existing customer? Is it different for promoting to potential customers?
