360 degree feedback is when your boss, your direct reports and your peers give you feedback on what are your strengths and weaknesses. 360 can sale as it is not implemented right because it can cause mistress, anger, conflict and can leave a team with lower morale. I also feel like people don't take giving you feedback seriously or they can be biases. I just recently had a meeting with my team and we were giving feedback to each other and it felt like everyone was trying not to hurt each other's feelings.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
