Upon completion of the lab, the student will be able to:
1) Accurately initiate a peripheral venous access IV infusion.
2) Verbalize what to assess when checking an IV site.
3) Verbalize appropriate technique for capping for intermittent use and flushing a peripheral venous access device.
4) Appropriately change the dressing central venous access device.
5) Verbalize an understanding of the locations central venous access lay and the significance with the administration of medications
6) Demonstrate how to calculate dosage delivery of medications for these medications administration types
