I. Search for information of a vacation package of your choice. You can do so by visiting an online travel agent website, airline website or any other travel agencies. The package should include air tickets and accommodation of 5 to 7 nights. Discuss:
i. The user friendliness of the website
ii. What are your likes and dislikes of the website?
iii. Any suggestions for improvement
II. Visit any social media of your choice and search for a hospitality, tourism or airline company. Read the comments given by others to the company. Do you believe in those comments? Why or why not? What could be done to improve the trustworthiness of those comments?
