I am a 27 year who has been diagnosed with ibs. I consume high dosage's of caffeine daily to prevent feeling tired and fatigue at work. The caffeine is consumed in a tablet form, or sometimes multiple caffeinated energy drinks. Otherwise I am committed to becoming healthier and i try to make healthy choices. I sometimes find myself consuming too much sugar from the natural sugars in the fruit i eat, and the added sugar from the sweeteners in smoothies, and energy drinks consumed.
