What are the underlying values, assumptions, beliefs, and expectations that are the basis for your school culture? Does the culture in your school promote the success of all students? How do you know? How would you present the need for the change (that you described last week) to the faculty? How would you enlist their support for the change? Where would you begin the change process? How? Why?
