Discuss the Thoreau's argument in the light of what we have learnt about voting.
Voting, in effect, makes us, voters, chose between 2-3 (or more) different futures, a future governed by Candidate A (i.e. Mitt Romney) or a future governed by Candidate B (i.e. Barack Obama) .
What are the tools available to voters to predict future performance of a candidate, why should one opt for candidate A over B (or vice versa).
