Great work looking at what is colloquially referred to as a "dog's breakfast" - in other words, an absolute mess. You raise an interesting point about Stacey needing to maintain confidential information... often times employees will need to sign a confidentiality agreement when they start working for an organization, but in the absence of this, would she still be liable? Or perhaps this 'venting' was just done in poor taste? What are the things a judge would look at to determine any entitlement for this specific issue?
