What are the similarities and differences in their accounts?

2. Wright and Cone both display a concern with the Christian church's pursuit of justice in the larger world. How do both authors think about the relationship between Christianity and social justice? What are the differences and similarities and who has the better account?

3. Cone spends his entire book trying to convince readers that there is a deep symbolic connection that leads to a spiritual connection between the cross of Christ and the lynching tree in the United States. What are the connections and how is that significant for the life of the Christian? Is Cone right or wrong about this?
