Instructional leadership is often viewed as synonymous with classroom observations and direct teaching of students and teachers.
Write a 250 to 300 words response to the following:
a) How do you define instructional leadership?
b) How have the readings influenced your definition?
c) What are the responsibilities of an instructional leader?
d) What are the similarities and/or differences between instructional leadership and educational leadership?
