What are the psychological factors to determine the consumer behaviour?
Psychological: A person’s acquired requirements are influenced by certain psychological factors as like motivation, learning, personality and perception.
1) Motivation: It implies influencing the behavior of people to perform or not to do exact activities.
2) Perception: This is a process by that an individual selects stimuli, organizes information regarding whose stimuli and also interprets the information.
Here “Stimuli are a reaction of person, which comes out suddenly for a movement”. No one consumer purchase can get place unless a consumer perceives which the product or services will off the benefits his or her requirements.
3) Learning: This is a continuous process by that individual obtain knowledge so that this causes a permanent change within behaviour.
Learning reflects both past and recent experience. Consumer behaviour is mostly learned behaviour.
4) Personality: This depends on two characteristic of a person which is a physical appearance of person and his mental capability.
