Review case study: Raleigh &Rosse Case Analysis and answer the following:
You will be graded on the quality of your analysis, application of class material, solution suggestions and how you support them. You will also be graded to a lesser extent on writing quality. I do not take off points for an occasional typo or grammar error. I do take off points for numerous errors. Please edit your papers. The length of the paper should be approximately 6 pages double-spaced.
You must Make sure that you use two motivation theories in analyzing the problems and coming up with a solution. You should also use other class material as appropriate. This is not a research paper, so I am not looking for a long list of outside sources. However, an article or two on pay for performance, pay in the retail industry, or commission systems may help you develop a solution. Make sure that any material that is not your own is properly cited using APA format (You do not have to cite the case.). I will not take off points for a minor formatting error, but I will take off points for many errors, or if you do not cite material that is not your own.
