You have noticed recently that this person, who used to need the assistance of one person; is now less mobile and you are afraid that transferring them.

3. What actions should you take to minimize the manual handling risks to yourself?
4. Research and identify four (4) situations where you could cause an injury to yourself or a person that you support during a manual handling task.
