Create a job description for the position of Human Resources Manager in your organization based on the concepts and ideas that you have learned in the reading for this lesson. Write a memo to the Operating Manager which critically evaluates the job description you wrote to include in a separate section.

2. What are the most important elements to a job description? You do not need to focus on salary when writing this description.
