Discussion Post: Strategic Planning Process
Discuss the guidelines for making the strategic planning process effective. In your opinion, what are the most important components? What are some of the risks and pitfalls of the strategic planning process? Using your current employer's strategy (or select a firm with which you are familiar), determine whether the strategy is a winning strategy.
