Homework: Informational Interviews
Submit your term paper: Supervisor Interview
Make sure to include the following:
1) Intro Paragraph: Name, title, company for the person you interviewed, date/time of interview, and 2-3 things that you wanted to learn from the interview (which correspond to the supervision topics we covered during the course).
2) Body of Write Up: These are the Questions you asked and Answers the manager provided from the interview itself. Should be quotes/verbatim responses from the manager. This will likely be a few pages of dialog depending on the number of questions and how detailed the answers. (It must demonstrate 1/2 hour worth of discussion.) However, this should be very easy since it is a formal copy of the interview you've already completed.
3) Wrap Up/Closing: This is the analysis portion of the homework. What were you take away's? What did you learn? (Since your questions were to focus on topics covered in our course, address how the course concepts apply in the manager's situation and are this consistent or different from the supervision topics/theories you learned in the course).

Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
