Problem
Planning case: This problem is a research project that asks students to describe, analyze and assess a planning issue impacting a city/community of their choice. Chicago Area The project could be organized by the following concerns/questions: Define the contours of the issues in terms of historical elements. What are the stated planning goals of this process (e.g. better health and safety outcomes, employment generation; aesthetic improvement; property value increase, etc.) Who are the interest groups participating in the process? What is their stake in the outcome? What is their investment into the process? Differentiate between public and private interests. How is the process being pursued? What are the mechanisms for planning in this issue? How could future planning endeavors in this area be improved?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
