You have completed the first part of an evidence-based practice change initiative and identified what best practice is. Now it's time to create the plan and implement and evaluate it. Leaders must have a clear understanding of EBP and implementation strategies. Rapidly emerging new evidence and the push for evidence-based practice are requiring organizations to change initiatives.
