Problem
Develop a brief buyer persona (no more than 1 page) for the product/service you selected by using some of the guidelines below to identify and describe your ideal customer. A buyer persona simple encapsulates your typical target audience customer and defines them in terms of who they are, what they do, and what they like.
1) So, where do you start when it comes to defining your customer personas? There's a lot of possible information you could research, use and define, however, a great place to start is by looking at what information you can practically use. The internet can provide you with a great deal of secondary research on learning about a specific target audience.
2) Location - Where do people from this target live?
3) Age - What is the age range of this persona?
4) Gender - What is the gender of people in this persona?
5) Interests - What are the interests of people in this persona?
6) Education Level - What is the education level of this persona?
7) Job Title - What field of work do your customer work in, and what types of job titles do they carry?
8) Income Level - What is the income range of this buyer persona?
9) Relationship Status - What is the relationship status of this buyer persona?
10) Language - What languages do people in this persona speak?
11) Favorite Websites - Why type of websites do people in this persona frequent?
12) What type of Social Media does your persona use? What other media do they read or listen to?
13) Buying Motivation - What are this persona's reasons for buying your product?
14) Buying Concerns - What are this persona's concerns when buying your product?
15) Keep in mind that you don't need to answer all of these questions about each of your personas, and you may opt to answer different questions altogether. However, the purpose should always be to understand your customers more to communicate more effectively, as well as to target your ads more precisely.
