b. Develop an Executive Summary Recommendation for buying the materials necessary to support the outbreak. It should discuss both qualitative and quantitative information.
c. Create a PowerPoint Presentation report that summarizes the recommendation. It should discuss the conclusions drawn about the purchasing concerns in supplying the Country, State, or local town with various products and equipment.
