The Chinese pictographic writing system has not only survived for more than 3,000 years but also spread far beyond what is now northern China, where it originated.
Please use this week's readings (MEA 3-13, Su "A History of Square-Shaped Chinese Characters) to answer ONE (1) of the following questions:
