Problem: The three (3) external factors that need to be taken into account when forecasting human resources needs are:
- Competition nationally and internationally, the economic climate, statutory and regulatory requirements and technological changes.
- Internal competition for jobs, the economic climate, statutory and regulatory requirements and technological changes
- Competition with other similar organisations, the economic climate, statutory and regulatory requirements and technological changes.
- Iternational competition, the economics governing the organisation, statutory and regulatory requirements and changing the technology that will be used in the planning process.
