These are questions that need to be addressed in regards to the assessment process in Education.
1. What are the factors related to the examinee that can affect the assessment process. (e.g., motivation, previous test experience, health and emotional status, etc...)
2. What are the factors related to the examiner that can also affect the assessment process. (e.g., styles of interacting with the examiner,bias, racial/cultural differences between the examiner and the examinee, the errors made in scoring, etc...)
3. What are the factors related to the test itself that can affect the assessment procedures? (e.g., its reliability, validity, standard error of measurement, possible bias, etc...)
4. Also, what is meant by non-discriminatory assessment? Is there such a thing as a culture-free or culture-fair test?
