Assignment:
Create a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you complete the following:
Research and describe the internal and external environments of 2 to 3 real-world companies using an environmental scan. You can use the company you work for as one of the choices if you wish. Please note you are doing an environmental scan for this paper not describing how to do an environmental scan.
Use one or more of the tools from the course (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc) and present the details of your scan.
Based on your scan, draft a Lean Canvas for each company and determine what competitive advantages each company has and what strategies each company is using.
Your paper should response these questions.
What are the environmental factors from your scan (SWOT, Porter, Five Forces, etc)?
How does each company create value and sustain competitive advantage through business strategy?
What business model is used in each company (include your canvases).
You must format your paper consistent with APA guidelines using at least 5 cited references
