Problem: If a new potato farmer comes into town and tries to get Wegman's to break their contract with me, what intentional tort would that be? What are the elements of that tort? If Wegman's wants a certain type of potato that I do not grow, and I tell them (falsely) that the potatoes I deliver are that type, when I know that they are not. What type of intentional tort would that be? What would Wegman's have to prove?
