Problem
Research Question: What are the effects of exercise on the mental health of people with anxiety?
Study Goal: To identify ways in which exercise can be used to reduce symptoms of anxiety.
Specific Research Hypotheses:
• Hypothesis I: Exercise will lead to an overall reduction in symptoms associated with anxiety.
• Hypothesis II: People with anxiety who exercise regularly will have fewer reported episodes of panic than those who do not exercise.
• Hypothesis III: Exercise will lead to an increased sense of well-being among people with anxiety.
