Problem
After reflecting on these questions, flesh out a program of moral development for yourself both as a person and as a professional. Address all of the following questions, and feel free to reflect upon any other insights that you gained from this class:
1. Do I now understand "morality" in a new and deeper way? How have my thoughts and convictions changed or been strengthened by my study of Aristotle, Kant and/or Mill? Provide specifics from the theories.
2. What did you learn about your ethical worldview: Which ethical theory do you follow? Why do you see it as a superior theory? What problems do you see with the other theories? Provide specifics.
3. How will I continue my moral education? (Remember that goals should be specific and measurable).
4. What are the dangers of moral relativism? How will I fight against moral relativism?
5. What did I learn from the Sadhu case study that I can apply in my personal and professional life? Do I have a renewed vision to see the sadhu in the public square?
6. How will I overcome my "moral muteness" in the workplace?
7. What have we discussed that will help me become a better person in my profession?
