This research question was in congruence (in harmony or in agreement) with the specific research tradition as the helped to investigate verbal descriptions of variables related to human experiences and behavior. Because this phenomenon was not well understood, it made the chosen research tradition an appropriate one. A theoretical explanation had to be developed for the phenomena, based on data collection (through a series of interviews) and data analysis.
