Assignment:
1. Under the UCC, what are the Buyers rights regarding inspection? If the buyer determines the goods are not conforming, what are the rights of the buyer? What happens if there is a dispute between the seller and buyer regarding whether the goods conform? Please cite specific UCC language when referring to the UCC.
2. Post your commentary on the importance of 1) having Article 2 UCC provisions to identify who bears the risk of loss, and 2) whether you think the UCC has sufficiently provided remedies to for all possible situations.
3. Your Summative Essay will analyze and evaluate the covered course material as it relates to your professional career and/or personal development.
You are encouraged to consider real life situations where you have used or should have used provisions of the UCC to enhance your bargaining position.
