The Domain Name System [DNS] helps us locate resources on the internet, allowing us to use names and addresses instead of IP addresses. This homework will give you insight into the structure of DNS as well as the differences between DNS implementation using IPv4 and IPv6.

The World Wide Web would be impossible to navigate without the addressing provided by the Domain Name System (DNS). DNS is also an important addressing method for LAN's. Research the differences between the IPv4 and IPv6 implementations of DNS and compare those differences. What are the advantages of IPv6 DNS and how will these advantages change the way that networks use DNS?
