Confronting Injustice, we look at injustices in the workplace. The article 'When your resume is (not) turning you down: Modelling ethnic bias in resume screening' explores possible WHY's behind resume screening biases. Considering the theoretical perspectives answer (i) Why do you think resumes are subject to biased decision-making, particularly ethnic discrimination? (ii) What are some ways an organization can counter biased decision-making towards resumes, particularly ethnic/racial discrimination? Try to be as specific as possible.
