Job descriptions are one of the more important things HR can have a role in. They are very critical to the job yet often not done or used well.
1- What are some of the uses of a good job description?
2- Do you or have you ever worked anywhere in the past in a job that had a job description? What was the job and was the effectiveness of the job description for it.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
