One myth that I believe is important or dangerous is that thinking that if you only eat veggtables and not exercise is the easiest why to lose weight. This thought can be very dangerous because you need meat, nuts, and other nutrients to have a healthy eating habbit. And exercise is esential not only for weight lose but also to lead a healthy life style. Statistics have shown that exercise is esential for one's over all health, and that eating heathy and exercise can actully provide a ,stronger longer and healthier life. With the decrease on medical illness in the future.
