The lecture describes various forms of compensation. However, not all compensation is financial, or salary-based.
• What are some forms of non-financial compensation that you think are effective?
• What are some forms of non-financial compensation that you think are not-effective?
• Is there a generational factor in what makes non-financial compensation effective? In other words, do Baby Boomers and Milennials react the same to the same form of non-financial compensation?
