The app uses a persons location and a network of partnered suppliers to provide the user with classes at a discounted price. The classes can be booked through the app and CRM analytics is used to classify each customer into a specific segment of the target market. Based o the classification an automated marketing system will attempt to maintain the customer by tracking website and app traffic to determine what content would be most applicable to them and when it is necessary to send an email to ensure the customer doesn't leave (preemptive strike)
