Question: What are ‘objective facts'? Do the personal values of individuals colour the language in which facts are expressed? If we have power, do we inevitably use it (particularly as managers) to shape the language and discussion of facts? If we have power, do we use it to influence the sources of information? Does this apply to ‘facts about ethical behaviour'? If so, should all descriptions of an ethical context be treated with care? (For example, our descriptions of what we consider to be ethical behaviour may be inevitably affected by our personal beliefs and values.)
