Problem
On May 30. Natalia entered into a contract with designer Cora Dashian to purchase a large quantity of clothing accessories from Dashian for Natalia's St. Charles Main Street boutique. Dashian has a separate warehouse in St. Charles where she stores her inventory. When Natalia and Dashian enter into the agreement on May 30, Dashian had Natalia's entire order of clothing accessories in stock at her warehouse. Dashian instructed her warehouse manager to assemble Natalia's order for Natalia to pick up by June 2. Natalia paid Dashian for the clothing accessories sales on May 30 when the parties signed the contract. An electrical hire at the warehouse on June 3 destroyed the contents of the warehouse before Natalia picked up the clothing accessories she had purchased. Natalia demands reimbursement from Dashian for the money she paid Dashian for the clothing. What are Natalia's rights?
