Problem:
One of my main worries as a critical care registered nurse (CCRN) is the nurse-to-patient ratio, which is a result of the nurse shortage. Burnout syndrome (BOS) results as a result of this, which leads to poor nursing care. There are a number of interconnected elements, but the main problem is the BOS that nurses face, which has an impact on patients. BOS was first identified in the 1970s as a work-related constellation of symptoms and signs that frequently affects people who have never had any psychological or mental problems
