After project kickoff it is often required for the development team to have regular meetings with the clients during rapid development. Discuss the following:
• Describe the purpose of these meetings.
• Do you think these meeting are important? Why?
• Do you believe these meetings are helpful in maintaining quality, dollar cost, and time-to-time deliver? Why or why not?
• Think about the client business case you are working on. What are some examples of what you can achieve from the regular meetings?
• How do you think the clients will respond to these meetings?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
