A cognitive tools is defined as an appraisal or conclusion which the product was helpful (or not practically uses), fit the situation (or didn’t fit), exceeded the needs of the problem/situation or didn’t exceed. Cognitive responses are exact to the situation for that the product was purchased and exact to the consumer’s intended use of the product, regardless when that use is correct or not correct.
