Case Study: Adult Nutrition
• Interview 3 adults of various ages by conducting 24 hr recalls and gathering information about their food habits (i.e. - meal practices, food frequencies, dining out choices, etc.)
• Summarize each adult's diet including their nutritional strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze food habits.
• What are any nutritional and/or health risks for your adults? Explain.
• Explain dietary recommendations for each adult to decrease their disease risks.
• Include any other pertinent information about each adult that could possibly affect their nutrition practices. This may include living arrangements, outside influences, occupation, lifestyle, etc.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
