Problem
In this problem, you need to identify an organization which was not discussed in our Lecture (Air Canada, Wal-Mart, Apple, Micros: or any other}. Once you identify your organization, you will do some research about the organization and answer the below questions based on theories discussed.
A. What type of organizational structure (Eg Functional, Matrix...) will you use in the selected organization? Explain why
B. Do you think this organization follows more components from Horizontal variables or verticals? Anyjustiflcation, Why?
C. Refer to Contingency Effectiveness Approaches. What approach you would use to measure the effectiveness of the organization and why?
