Problem
Marcus, who teaches in the classroom next door to you, comes to your room and flops down in a chair. He says, "I don't get it. I'm being as warm and friendly as I can be. I've been supportive when my students are struggling, and I'm sensitive to their moods and needs. But they're just not getting anything done. Their behavior is all over the place, and they're constantly testing my limits. What am I doing wrong?"
